The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and helped me save money which is ideal seen as it's just after Christmas. He knew what he was talking about and I even got offered a drink.

Gary made us feel welcome, we had already been to 3 other stores before dreams and had no offers of help. We also had a cup of tea and coffee as we were testing the beds, also brought pillows which we hadn't expected.

I looked in 2 other stores and Dreams was my third. The store was cleaner, and better organised and was approached by Shani almost immediately. She allowed me to have a try on the machine which decided which type of mattress would be suitable for me. I was happy to proceed and am looking forward to receiving my new mattress.

Met by friendly staff the minute we walked through the door were not pushy which was a bonus gave us time to wander around store until we asked for assistance brilliant customer service from all in store

The staff at Northampton were very professional and had a great understanding of our needs, also with children in toe made them feel welcome and the offer of soft drinks for them was very good and felt like we were treated like we had just brought a new car. Very satisfied of the level of service given.
