Really satisfied with the service we received from Charlie and the assistance we received from Gary the store manager as they were very attentive and really tried to ensure that we got the bed we wanted.

Matt was fantastic, really knows his products. he took his time to explain what the bed computer did and I had great confidence that I was buying the correct bed for my needs and back problems. I really cannot fault the treatment myself and friends that came with me had, Matt even made us a cup of tea. I watched how the store staff greeted each customer and was very impressed how happy everyone looked and how proud they were to work for Deams (Northampton Branch). Well done guys i shall certainly be singing your praises.
