I was served by ‘Big Gary’ in the store in Northampton. I told him what I was looking for, and he matched me to my perfect mattress. Showed me a selection of mattresses that suited me at all different prices. Also sorted out some pillows for me that are very comfortable. Delivery was also very impressive, particularly considering the current situation with COVID 19. I was contacted a few days beforehand to let me know it would only be a doorstep delivery, and the two men which delivered arrived in separate vans and both wore masks. They also ensured I was able to get the mattress into my house before they left. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely shop there again.

The staff were extremely helpful we actually visited twice and on both occasions the staff were exactly the same
