I have used the store before for products and have been very satisfied. This is why have been back again to the store and was just as very satisfied with the service. I have also recommend friends and family to them and they have also been very satisfied with the service received.

Excellent service and really happy with purchase

We was taken care of from the first hello to showing us around and making sure we tried the right mattresses and offered us a water and made sure we was comfortable with all our purchases checked and double checked we had the right mattress for our back problems.

The sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Shani made our visit enjoyable with her relaxed yet professional approach and her knowledge and advice made it easy to make our decision about our purchase. We were greeted with a smile and even offered water whilst we were there, a nice touch.

Was very pleased with GARY the assistant at Northampton branch. We did the machine survey to find what mattress suited us. He was very helpful and his knowledge was very good. Could not fault him.

Customer service by Charlie at Northampton branch was second to none. His product knowledge, kind, friendly and professional attitude brought us back to the store after looking at some other branded bedroom options. High quality service and would gladly return and recommend a friend! Good job Dreams 😃

Shani, the young lady who served us, made our experience so wonderful and enjoyable. I would return to this shop purely to be served by her again. I hope she gets a good commission.

Store very clean , staff ( Gary ) extremely helpful , very knowledgeable and treated us as a valuable customer . Plenty of time to browse and try items .
