We were advised to use the test bed to suggest which mattress would be good for us ,also given pillows to try with the different mattresses,I brought the pillow I tried as well We were encouraged to spend time on each mattress to make sure it was the right one .Our sales assistant was great very friendly and knowledgeable ,not pushie
