Little gary in Northampton branch was spot on, i visited Friday just to have a look,he explained everything very well with no pressure to buy,i told him i would return with my partner on Sunday,on Sunday he recognized me which made things easier,he talked through everything we required and it ended in a purchase ,although if it wasn't for Little gary being so friendly on the Friday,we wouldn't have purchase anything on the Sunday,due to the manager,who bellowed across shop floor at a junior staff member,although manager was with clients already.

We recently went to Dreams and bought a bed we liked. The person who helped us with our purchase was very helpful and friendly. We were so impressed by his customer service that we went to the store again and made another purchase.

We visited dream as we had been struggling with our current mattress, and were shown around by Shani. She was extremely friendly and helpful and keen to understand what our needs were and what we were looking for. We didn’t purchase on our first visit as wanted to think about it but because of the excellent support we couldn’t stop thinking about the mattress we were matched with and went back two days later to purchase!
