I was looking for a new bed and was amazed at the choice on offer . I was approached very quickly in the store by Shani one of the assistants she was very welcoming and made me feel at ease , asking me what sort of bed I was looking for , she introduced me to the computer that determines what sort of mattress would be most comfortable for me . She then showed me about six of the best options which the computer had produced . I soon chose the bed and mattress that i decided to buy and Shani very quickly and efficiently processed my order answering any queries I had .

Staff members very friendly attentive but without being too pushy or on hard sell. Felt very valued as a customer. The staff member sowed us & helped set us up on sleep bed machine to find out which bed / mattress would be most suitable... Overall very happy with the level of service... Price a little on high side but I guess you get what you pay for. Very much looking forward to delivery of new bed & mattress.
