Charlie took time to explain everything and after having the sleep match was really helpful and understood what I was looking for. Well done, as if he hadn’t listened to what I was looking for I would of gone elsewhere

The customer service from the sales man was outstanding the best I have seen in any shop in a very long time he took the time to listen and understand what I needed and he got me what I needed very quickly I would return solely based on the customer service from that sales man

The lady that served us was brilliant. Her knowledge excellent and her politeness meant a lot to us. We will receive the order on Monday but I’m in no doubt that there will be any problems with it, my daughter referred me to you. The store was clean and tidy and our safety was first and foremost in the ladies mind. As I scored, excellent service.
