Zachary was very helpful and had a total understanding of my needs, my order was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The delivery date was very satisfactory and the team will work together to install the ordered bed, I look forward to receiving this very soon.

We were fitted for a bed. I had no idea you could do that. We were also given a pillow. Which we did purchase and has already made a difference to my husband's sleep. joe was very knowledgeable but there was no hard sell. My husband as cognitive issues and Joe was very patient. He offered us drinks and did not rush our decision.

Great service. Lovely assistant gave us all the help, and more, that we asked for. Great coffee!

Paul took the time to ask plenty of questions to understand what we were looking for and took the time to find the right product.

Sean was so helpfull and nothing was to much trouble

I was assisted by Sean in the Aylesbury branch and he could not have been more helpful. He listened well to my requirements and made the whole process enjoyable rather than bewildering. Having run out of milk that day I really appreciated my cup of tea!

We were warmly greeted by John and then he took us through everything we needed to get the right bed. He was really friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy!

We visited Dreams in Aylesbury on 1/11 After having a short browse for the type of mattress we wanted, John introduced himself. He suggested we try the test bed to ensure we would be purchasing the correct sort of mattress. With Johns help we eliminated a couple of types and we were finally down to 2 choices. John suggested trying the mattresses with different pillows which gave us the confidence to make the final choice. All in all a good and relaxed experience. We are sure we have made the correct choice thanks to his input
