Dreams - Aylesbury

I was well looked after by Paul. He took time to explain the different types of mattresses available. I was given a warm drink, much appreciated on a cold day. Was very patient when I asked to try out the options a second time. Made a point of offering the lift instead of stairs. Dealt with all my queries efficiently. Product knowledge very good. I was happy with my purchase and the warranty cover available. Would certainly recommend the store.

He explained why we had chosen well and, confirmed it by using the latest device to demonstrate How much Dreams cared about comfort and durability

The manager of the Aylesbury branch was very helpful. He understood my back issues. I was put on the talking machine bed so I got the correct mattress I needed. Was offered coffee and a pillow! Chose my mattress. Delivery time was very fast but I collected the day after (today). Happy customer!!

The sales assistant (Zach) provided excellent support enabling us to make the best choice of bed and mattress - this was especially important for my wife who suffers from fibromyalgia. During the ordering process we were also supplied with an excellent coffee which was quite relaxing whist we dealt with the paperwork and payment.

The moment I entered the Dream Branch I was treated attentively and with respect. I was allowed time and space to wander round and look and the various mattresses. Later I was joined by my son who had difficulty in walking. The mattress was for his additional comfort requirements. He went round and tried the various soft mattresses in store. He eventually found the right one for his needs and the order was processed quickly and efficiently. A week later two gentlemen delivered the mattress to our home and it is now being used in his bedroom.
