We highly recommend AYLESBURY Dreams John is the most helpful sales person we came across, even though we change our mind on the purchase he is there and care about the customer. He is brilliant you do need more staff like him.

Staff were pleasant and engaging and happy to help and assist with purchase without coming across as pushy sales people. Staff took the time to understand what we were looking for and assisted with narrowing this down further based on stock availability. We had 2 young children with us, so saving time narrowing down options and saving a trip upstairs with a buggy was welcome.

Staff were super friendly but not pushy. They were available to give advice but also gave me space to explore options without hovering too much

The whole process was quick and easy, everything was well explained and we were also left alone to try the suggested mattress which was nice as we moved at our on pace and could try for as long as we liked. We were served by John Kelly who was lovely, welcoming and not a salesman who was pushy which was just lovely.

I found the whole experience easy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The store was clean and safe.

Sean was a great help from the second we walked in. We were buying a bed for our first home, which is overwhelming at the best of times. We were quite limited on what we could purchase due to the style of our house, but Sean took on board our needs and preferences and spent the time searching for the perfect bed online. Delivery took less than a week and the price was great!

I took my 90 year old father to the store in Aylesbury Joe took his time and helped us to choose the best mattress and didn’t rush us even though it was quite late in the day

Greeted well, Joseph was very polite and there was no hard sell. Answered our questions and the mattress was available in 3 days. Arrived today, lots of communication re delivery slot and a call from the driver. Really goodvthanks
