The assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. He spent time understanding what I wanted and showed me a good selection of items that met my specifications.

John the store manager was excellent in helping us not only find the bed but also the perfect mattress, there was no rush, but he was always there when questions where needed answering! Excellent service

Very good service from the get go. Rang up to ask some questions got told what I needrd to know and when I arrived in store was greeted by the guy from the phone call
