Joe was the sales assistant. He first approached me when I entered the store. I don't normally like to be approached so quickly, before I've even had a chance to look around, but he did it in such a friendly and relaxed way that I didn't feel pressurised. I enjoyed his manner, and it was in part due to his relaxed but professional and efficient approach that I was happy to return having made my decision to purchase the bed. He's clearly still learning and needed some assistance from senior colleagues with regard to details regarding the product and delivery but it was handled in a very swift manner. Overall I left happy - I just hope the product matches the quality of the service!

It was Black Friday morning. The shop was open on time and the only colleague on the floor was extremely helpful and welcoming. He had a particularly unexpected busy first hour of opening but he was attentive to each of the customer. A credit as an employee actually.

I'm a very demanding person who knows what I want and what help I need, your assistant was more than happy to provide the assistance and advice I needed. It was clear from our conversation he knew the products well. I was able to order the mattress I wanted and it will be delivered on the date I had planned.
