Just an easy relaxed and helpful experience.

Some years ago I had a bad experience with Dreams and vowed never to return! My daughter wanted a new bed so reluctantly I went back into Dreams at her request. However I was happy to see a good product at a good price and most of all Paul at the Aylesbury store was quick and efficient when I placed an order. I was happy that he didn't try to sell things I didn't want and was quick as I explained I was in a rush.

I was well advised on the type of bed I wanted, good service, friendly member of staff, helped me stick to my budget, good advice.

Great service, greeted upon arrival by very knowledgeable and helpful young make assistant, friendly, understood our needs and took us through several options without any “hard sell”.

Someone greeted me when I entered and I shared my needs. They were very responsive and quickly handed me over to another colleague who took care of me.

The staff were friendly and knowledgable.

We were left to browse for a while, I hate being pounced on as I walk into a store. Josh seemed to make a point of being nearby should we need help. Eventually we did and he started us off on a mattress machine before passing us on to Paul, a sales person. Paul really knew his stuff and was perfect for us.

The staff wear very friendly and took time in talking and being with us, we wasn't rushed in making a decision, it was a very lovely atmosphere.

Customer service was excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and very patient as I made my decision.
