Only 2 colleagues serving customers waiting 10-15 min to pay 139 mattress to take away home same,time. Other customers given attention as they were buying bed and expensive items , I was given less priority no discount even though I patiently waited to pay for purchase, not assisted to carry mattress upto to store door struggled to carry. Only 1 available at time , was damaged with hole in middle when got home. I got bunkbeds from past happy came this time felt custom not appreciated.

Felt ripped off on price for taking away old bed .

When order was placed in store we were told bed would be assembled in the price but when delivery men arrived they said it was not on the order to be assembled and would not budge on this, phoned the store to complain and had phone call an hour later to say it should or been assembled and they could send someone out to n 4 hours, by this time bed had already been started to be assembled !

Your colleague John Kelly of the Aylesbury Branch was very helpful from the moment I went into the store. I said I would think about the purchase and would phone the next morning. He printed out a temporary Order Number with all information. Next morning I rang at least 4 times leaving messages to say that yes I wanted to purchase. Nobody called me back. I did not know that Mr Kelly was away that day but my call number was directed to the branch, Fortunately when Mr Kelly came in next morning he rang me, at this point I had decided if nobody called me back I would go to another branch. Mr Kelly apologised on behalf of his colleagues and rapidly ordered up the request and has arranged a delivery date for me.

Because I was told that I would get my delivery sooner and I could get item because it’s out of stock, but next day I had a call that the item would not be available for delivery for two weeks. But if I would like to collect it it would available next day. Why delivery takes about 2 weeks?

Fount the sales assistant Anthony I think, very unapproachable. Just sold us what we asked for. Didn't try and sell us a matress as well which we would have probably bought or upsell us on anything. Didn't smile once.

Hard sell on the Added extras i.e. 10 year guarantee Delivery date not suitable Had to place order before finding what delivery date would be.

The assistant had no people skills. He was dealing with me and then just disappeared to deal with another couple.. I then had to wait for him to come back and carry on with me. In this time the other bought and paid for their goods.
