Placing the order took a little longer than expected but think this was due to applying the discount. The salesman Sean was very polite and helped us select our products without rushing us.

cost of delivery and collection of old mattress seemed extremely high

Prior to placing our order, we were helped by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. However, having been sold a bed + mattress + cover, it was only when reviewing the transaction receipt at home was it that we noticed a delivery charge, something that hadn't been discussed/mentioned during the transaction.

Sales service although initially appeared to be satisfactory it is actually inadequate. I have now found out (after placing my order) that I can no longer cancel or have my order refunded despite having changed my mind- it is not as if my order is a custom made order. Surely your policies allow for some kind of change of mind for your customers? Especially if delivery hasn't taken place yet! Not happy about this at all and it is unfortunately very off-putting. Your competitors, such as John Lewis and Argos, are happy to cancel orders as customers please even after delivery and even arrange a free collection. I will probably be going to them in the future due to this very important element of flexibility that they offer.

The physical receipt I left the store with states I have nothing outstanding because i fully paid. The electronic reciept said that I owe £163. This does not inspire me with confidense. Also I wa a pillow talk questionnaire card and asked to go on line to possibly win £500 but when you go on the site requested...there is no questionaire and nowhere to put your promo code. Days later I get it via e mail. Again this does not inspire me with confidense. Everything else with my purchase was a dream and was very happy with the service and the product

There was no cover for the mattress it was out of stock.

Would like more of a choice on super king size beds ei wooden frames & metel frames all these seem to be was two to choice from in store

Delivery only occurs in the area every other week and they don't specify am/pm making it difficult. I have a back injury and am desperate for the mattress which I now have to wait until next month for. Also felt pushed to go for the more expensive option.

we were very satisfied with the standard of customer service from the member of staff Anthony and his knowledge about the tempur mattress that we purchased. We have not selected Highly satisfied on all of the questions as we have not yet received the purchased item so We prefer to reserve judgement on our overall experience until we know if we are satisfied with our purchase.
