My husband and I dislike shopping generally and therefore we shop when we have to Shopping is never a " highly satisfying " experience for us. Rating your store " satisfying" is praise indeed!!

We did not need to be "HighlySatisfied" . . . We went to your store since it was the only outlet in town . . . We knew what we wanted . . . Your staff enabled us to make the purchase and arrange the delivery quickly and efficiently . . . Job done . . . We haven't yet received the goods and will let you know if there is a problem . . .

I personally find it hard to rate any establishment as highly satisfied. I walked into a bed superstore. There are lots of beds and we was there to purchase a mattress. The assistance we received was very good without too much pressure or just hanging around. We were given space and good information to make a decision to make a purchase.

There were only two staff sat at a desk, the chap who kindly helped us at first had spotted someone else enter the store that perhaps he had been dealing with previously and seemed to not have any further interest in helping me at that time, it was only when those other customers left that the staff member returned to help me, I didnt feel that was correct practise on a shop floor however he did seem very helpful once he came back to me, I have yet to receive my mattress and will gladly complete another survey to share how well the receipt of goods goes and if the mattress i have chosen is perfect, it certainly felt perfect in the store, I do like that you give 40 nights trial I hope to not have to change the mattress, but will gladly give you feed back should you send me that request.
