Although you had the Easter savings, when buying a bed and mattress and spending over £1000 we feel that the installation and 5 year guarantee should be provided as a complimentary extra. That would have achieved the Highly Satisfied result for us.

I would have liked an easier way of comparing the beds such as through charts...lots to look at!

I was satisfied with the service.

The assistants were really friendly and did their best to help answer our questions and help us find products that were right for us. Colour choices could be better as we found that having decorated the room in certain colours we were then limited a little in the bed frames we could have. We just wanted a black or grey bed but some only came in a brown colour. We are still pleased with the overall package of bed frame and matress we ended up with.

Personally, If I would like assistance or require assistance, I will ask, as I am aware of what I want and the requirements I have. Believe there is always room for improvement.

I was satisfied and happy with the customer service. I would struggle to think of a retail situation where I was highly satisfied.

It was very good overall except the guy who was helping us was acting under pressure, like somebody is consistently watching him, he was very good and we end up buying our new mattress but there was a something not quite right.

Shaun who we spoke to very good and the service he provided was excellent. We brought our mattress half price which was good but we did find other sales with lower prices.
