Overall our experience was very good, my husband and as were looking to replace a headboard for our bed and we were a bit disappointed that there were only limited colours to choose from, it would have been nice to have more of a selection. Also we have a Kingsize bed and the cost of a Kingsize headboard was not clear on the product details, we had to ask the salesman for the information, when he pointed it out on the labelling it became clear but on first looking the blue background it was on just didn't stand out. For these reasons I did not feel Highly Satisfied.

The IT systems were down when we wanted to make our order so we had to wait for 20 minutes for them to go back online.

IT new system let down the overall experience but sales personel did their best to resolve issue. Just took longer than expected.

It would have been helpful to me, if all the firm beds were together, all the medium and all the soft beds were displayed together, regardless of the company who makes them. I found myself wandering around all over the whole store trying to locate the soft beds, then I dam well forgot where they were! I'm beginning to get old you see... Nightmare bach! As my legs are not that good I was in pain trying to test one soft bed against the other as it was a trek to the next one... If they were together, I could have just popped over to the next bed... Job done, sorted. In all fairness I was offered a drink, and I had a nice cup of coffee to revive myself. I suggested maps and a survival kit next time I have a bed from you. Thank you... The bed I had is great. Nice one.

We were given a drink and a buiscuit which we really appreciated. The assistant was knowledgable helpful and although obviously wanted a sale understood I had a budget.

The first member of staff that offered help didn't know about the bed on display, but didn't offer to find someone that knew more. Instead we were left to find out ourselves. After some time the staff member offered to help again and began to recommend a bed that was four times the price of the one we had expressed an interest in.
