There was nothing to report. I came early, I brought a mattress. I had an idea what I wanted and found what I needed. The price could have been better as the mattress I picked was not in the sale, so it was expensive. It would have been nice if everything was in the sale, possibly at various percentages. It seemed that the mattress I brought was your popular one, hence not in the sale. I didn't really get a bargain. Reading the reviews on line has me a little worried as it is a lot of money not to like a mattress I will be stuck with for 8 years or more. I loved my old mattress, which I brought from you and you no longer sell the brand, from the word go and hope that I will love this too. On line it seemed that the 0% finance came with no deposit, in the store I had to pay a 20% deposit which came as a surprise. So confused a little. Plus I wanted a 18 month finance and only had a choice of 10 or 20 months. So the finance let down the experience. It seems ridiculous too that a charge is made for the disposal of an old mattress considering how much one is spending.

Was very satisfied with Dreams, save that wrong mattress was delivered and replacement took 5 days to come. Not a disaster, but annoying.

I expect a high level of customer service and that is what I got. I had returned to the store following an earlier visit when I told the staff I was not buying but they did me a coffee anyway, which impressed me sufficient that I returned. The staff weren’t intrusive but answered our questions well. That’s what I expect. To get a highly satisfied I’d Need something exceptional. Overall performance will be judged when we have delivery and are satisfied with our product but John, who looked after us in store, was professional & efficient.

There was only one member of staff, John, with good product knowledge, the lady was very pleasant but here product knowledge was lacking. Had to complete the transaction separately for taking away the mattress because he forgot to include it on the original order. This was due entirely to other customers waiting to be served. He should have phoned me that afternoon but didn't and I had to phone him to complete the transaction.

Generally happy with the appearance of the store. One member of staff was hovering up leaves from the entrance. Product we were looking at was at the back of the store but easily identified.

Once my wife and I had decided upon a mattress, the salesman all of a sudden dropped in enthusiasm, making it too obvious that he was satisfied he had made his sale.

I cannot rate the mattress until the items are delivered. I cannot comment on it until it's in my home

The bed we were initially interested in as we walked through the door stated "Everything you see included in this price" , but when we spoke to the sales assistant John he told us it was just for the bedframe and did not include the mattress, in all cases whenever I have made significant purchases , when you see a sign stating everything you see included in the price you don't expect to be told otherwise, Luckily when I recently purchased a car I wasn't told everything included except for the engine , for me the mattress was as important as the bed , and an integral part of the purchase. We felt like walking out at that point as the trust had been compromised and it left a bit of a sour and subsequently we have decided to purchase a mattress elsewhere, and ended up purchasing not the bed we initially wanted .
