The staff were super helpful, gave us all the time we needed and good advice. We wanted to purchase a wooden bed frame and mattress for my daughter but couldn't find a bed frame that we liked. Staff was so helpful (Aylesbury, Saturday morning, charming dude) that we purchased the mattress from you anyway. Shame about the bed though

Whilst completing the order and finance, noticed that my first name was incorrectly spelt, and Sales Assistant found could not change it on system, so he had to contact the Customer Services to have this done, but also found that the finance had to be cancelled separately. Had to open a new finance deal, so at present not 100% sure whether the first Direct Debit has been cancelled or not. The Sales assistant persevered and tried his best, but have had no acknowledgement since that the first Direct Debit has been cancelled, which I find unacceptable, but also amazed that the software has a problem with editing name on an order.

Nothing wrong with the service Ryan was great. He found a returned ottoman on the system at a discounted price. Unfortunately there were ink stains on it so we couldn't have it. Full marks to Ryan though for checking.

A very friendly and informative member of staff. We originally thought we wanted a composite ( red) mattress but ended up with a mattress. he told us about how to turn mattresses rather than put upside down

On the whole I was highly satisfied. When using a pillow for testing - it was smelly - difficult with so many customers using them.

Problem setting up finance due to the wrong products being applied for. Assistant did everything to correct this. The manager as the time did not seem interested in helping his colleague and the issue could have been resolved a lot quicker.
