Overall a very good experience - friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very slight delay in ordering as the store was busy but no problem

Nothing whilst buying items is perfect.

To give highly satisfied would have meant we got served straight away.We waited about 10 minutes to be served(that wasn't a problem as it was sale time and you do expect to wait a while).Also we ordered 2 mattresses and to be charged £38.00 to take your old ones away is a lot of money when you are already spending over £1200.

Sean was really helpful. Just thought we may get a bit more of a discount on the matress but unfotunately that wasn’t in the sale...

We purchased a mattress, 2 days later it was reduced in price. Staff struggled to find the items on the system that we were looking for as ‘names keep changing’. This slowed down the order process but the staff stayed beyond closure time to ensure everything was done correctly.

I was sort of strong armed into buying the extended warranty in return for some discount

There was an issue with the card payment transaction which could only be resolved by contacting another branch and making telephone payment (4 different cards in 2 names). This resulted in an excessive time spent in the store. I was not impressed that I had to redrill the wooden slats as the pre-drilled holes would not align with those in the bed frame.

Highly satisfied suggests that there were no problems - this was not the case.

It was a stressful day for me, but visiting Dreams was helpful in that I made the purchase I wanted. Did 'shop around' and came back to Dreams in the end. I couldn't afford a bed base from Dreams, but the mattress, if lasts well, will be a good buy.

Would never give a completely satisfied answer cos then you stop trying
