Highly satisfied with the member of staff who served us. My only issue was with the lead times (5 weeks) and the fact I had to pay for a Saturday delivery which was the first available date. Had I not I would have had to wait even longer.

I was told when purchasing the bed it will be delivered to my house in two days time but once i had purchased the bed and paid all the cash i got told it wouldn't be delivered till a week which really upset me as i needed the bed asap, they resolved the issue by arranging a man with a van but even that i would have to pay out of my own pocket before being refunded back to me and i dont get the benefit of dreams fixing the bed on delivery as the man with a van will just dump it anywhere. Not happy with the service to be honest and i shop here quite a lot.

One staff member did not know whether tge price quoted included the 20% discount and had to ask another colleague.

The store staff was very helpful but seemed lack confidence in the products he was showing us leading to him giving us some incorrect information to begin with

The guy who was taking my order was applying for credit. When he did this I was declined for credit. I have never been declined for anything before. It came apparent that he selected the wrong address but another colleague noticed this later. He then put it through again and was it had gone through instantly. In the end it the issue was resolved.
