We were satisfied with our visit to the Dreams Store in Aylesbury and happy to have found a mattress we liked. The sales assistant (Fran) was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the store products and quick with purchase.

The product i,e, bed and mattress were not availible in store only on line the guy that dealt with us was excellent although he had to cope with all comers on his own.

There was only one person working in the store, therefore there is no way he can efficiently serve more than one customer at a time. There was someone else there who asked if I needed help, I said yes and then she advised she couldn’t help but would find someone. There was nothing more they could have done in store that day but there should be more than one person working! The man who served me was very friendly but it was a little tricky to get him to understand quite what I was asking. We did however get a mattress which is fine.
