The only issue I had was that after being 'tested' on the bed that takes measurements etc, we were shown mattresses that were way above our price range. Although we didn't specify a budget the salesman assisting us didn't ask either so we are probably both at fault however it is a little awkward telling someone that you can't afford the mattress you have just been shown as it is way over budget.

I was satisfied with the whole service. I cannot comment on the actual product as I have not received it and tried it out. Only time will tell.

The dream representative was friendly and polite. He seemed eager to assist and meet my requirements. I like the wide variety of products to choose from. Nicely done Fran.
