The Salesman Tony was fab, really helpful and we came away feeling really happy, not like we had been 'stitched up', and he seemed really genuine.

We made an initial visit to the store to see what was available. The gentleman who served us was very efficient and very knowledgeable. he asked my husband various questions about the type of mattress we liked to sleep on and immediately identified suitable mattresses for us to try. We decided to think about which one to have over night and return next day. The gentleman that served us when we returned to purchase our chosen bed was equally efficient and knowledgeable . He introduced us to the 10 year guarantee and organised the delivery and collection of our old mattress. he could not have been more helpful. It was altogether a very satisfying experience.

the assistant talked us through the different types of mattresses and the price ranges, then we were left to test the mattresses for our personal choice, although he was close at hand for us to answer any questions we asked him.

We have no complaint with anything with shop, service or anything else, only reason for not given highly satisfied, Was us, Both well over 70years, have not brought many beds in our lifetime, such as base and mattress, which were not the complete price, The young man Joe who was with us all of the way, excellent patient and kind, Anyway we did click, and believed ourselves to be a little okay, just a little puzzling, such as lying on beds , thankyou

On this visit I was extremely satisfied with the service from Zach and managed to purchase a mattress that I needed. He was very pleasant helpful and offered coffee. After a previous visit on Sunday. I vowed not to return to the store. The person that I finally managed to find and question was unhelpful, hadn’t a clue and I’m not sure why he wore a mask as it barely covered his mouth. I am glad I did return as zach was quite opposite and could not do enough to help. As this purchase was got a holiday home I had a restricted budget and managed to get a sale product. It’s just a shame you can’t offer 2’3” mattresses.

The sofa bed we wanted was on display and the salesman was very helpful.

Highly satisfied by the shop assistant and his help in understanding to leave and give my elderly Mother time to think about which bed to buy. No pressure, just helpful advice with her medical needs and for her comfort. My Mother wasn't made to feel embarrassed at all (trying to get up and onto and off the beds in her own time) thank you. It was just when we got home we realised we had to pay £49 for the pillow. We both thought it was a freebie thrown in after saying yes to the "electric" bed.
