I was Highly Satisfied with my experience at this Dreams because I was greeted with a kind and friendly manner by the staff, they helped me in my search for a new bed where they explained the features and which kind of bed would benefit my needs. I was happy with the price of everything combined and was given piece of mind knowing that I had cover on my product. I was able to test the beds and really get a feel of how my back took to each mattress, I was impressed with the amount of knowledge the staff were delivering on the products, it made me feel more confident in knowing I was making the right purchase

Was left alone to decide

The salesman was knowledgeable and made it his job to understand my needs. He did not push me towards any particular product but let me make my own decision based on his experience and my needs. I liked the fact that he was not pushy.

In & out within 5 minutes with the mattress I wanted

The young man , Darren was very polite - he did inform me that he was very new but with the knowledge he had gained , i found him very helpful and what he was not sure about he asked a more senior assistant

Darren was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions also very friendly towards our 3 children

We saw a mattress on line and once in the store the assistant showed us other mattresses for us to compare before we decided on which one to order.

Helfully friendly and clean

The service and advice we received from Anthony during our visit to the store was excellent.

The assistance who served us was new but he went out of his way to be helpful and consulted his manager to ensure we were given the correct information about the product we were shopping for. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.
