Questions answered - demonstration given and not a pressurised sale - I feel I made the choice

Very patient sales assistant. Not brought a bed/mattress for a long time, so lots of new choices. Explained different types and helped us make the right choice for us.

The sales assistant (John) listened to my requirements and then showed me the appropriate products. He gave me time to dither (which I did) and explained the 40 nights sleep promise. He gave me a personal pillow to use. I was not hurried or pressured. After more than an hour I made my choice of mattress, shortly after I decided on the base (another 20 mins) and then dithered over the headboard. At no time was I hurried. I was on arrival offered hospitality (coffee and biscuits) which was provided to me. I took up the 20 months 0% credit offer, but may well pay off this credit faster. When the first available delivery date was in mid June, John immediately said that was too long and was looking into bringing the date forward. However, End May -mid June will be fine. John tried to provide for all my needs and as there is a Bensons for Beds next door made the service he provided not want me to even bother going next door to compared prices. Thank you. I hope the delivery and construction of the bed will be equally painless.

Excellent and speedy service. The guy new all about the mattresses I was looking at. Showed me all options and price ranges. Very knowledgable, very friendly - the perfect salesman.

We walked in, an assistant listened to our requirements. Took us to a selection of mattresses and advised us on the merits of each. Took our order and fixed a delivery date.

The salesman was extremely helpful. He changed the mattress and the bedding on one bed from that displayed as a child's bed so that we could view it with a higher better mattress and dressed for an adult. This change in appearance meant that we bought the bed (2 singles). He also talked us through the different mattress qualities as we were buying 4 No. single beds for our new home and took on board that the beds were for our grandchildren with occasional use by adults and that, therefore, we did not want to spend unnecessarily.

The sales lady was very helpful took time in show me a lot of beds and furniture she made me very welcomed explained everything.
