Within 30 seconds of entering the store we were greeted by John who asked us what we were after. He then showed us 3 mattresses that were in the range we wanted and then when deciding which one we wanted, he gave us some privacy to discuss the options.

We went into your Aylesbury store, and we're not jumped on by your staff, which makes a refreshing change. Michelle came over after a few minutes and gave us a very personal service-asking our needs and wants. She showed a very detailed knowledge of stock and talked us through all our options.

John approached myself and my partner offering his assistance. He was smiling and welcoming, to the time to ask our requirements and budget before recommending suitable beds. His product knowledge was extensive and he took the time to explain in a way in which we would understand. John answered any questions we had, offered us a drink on several occasions and brought out biscuits with the drinks. He provided a good balance between being on hand to help and allowing us space to try out the beds for clients for comfort and discuss our thoughts. We didn't feel obliged to go ahead with the order there and then which I often dislike but we decided to due to liking the product and feeling well informed about the product we were buying and that it was right for us.

Quick effficient service good & varied choice of products

Good range of product choice attractively displayed. Excellent customer service from Michelle who listened carefully to my request, was very knowledgeable on products available, was extemely helpful, friendly and smiley.

bought matress 6 months ago from dreams staff called Douglas, came back because of his good service and showed interest in bed but was too expensive. he phoned me last week stating sale on this bank holiday where again douglas assisted me. i have today bought the bed and am very happy with his service. polite and very helpful
