Anthony was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. He offered us a drink whilst we browsed and ensured we had the right amount of time by ourselves to make a decision on our own. He was very honest, reassuring and explained everything to us in detail throughout the process.

I was very impressed with the gentleman that assisted me... He knew just what I was looking for that was affordable to me.... he was very kind as I told him my husband passed away and I had to buy a new bed cause they have removed his profiling bed and all disability equipment. He was very kind and offered me a cup of tea as the pain of loosing my husband is still very fresh in my heart and mind.. he made me feel so at ease and assisted me in choosing the correct product. I will go back any time even if I don't need a bed cause people like that makes you want to go back to buy something.

the person that looked after us, Doug I think was excellent. He gave us advice and also space when we needed it. He also offered us tea or coffee and was very friendly.

The sales assistant was not pushy, but was always available and took his time to explain the differences between the mattress types to us, and helped in every way possible.
