The assistant was bothe experienced and attentive and clearly understood the products on sale.

The assistant (Doug) was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. We have previously brought our daughter's bed from Dreams and experienced similar good service.

I was highly satisfied as I had finally found a bed in the dreams store in aylesbury that I liked, and all the specs about the bed was kindly explained by the store manager who was very helpful. I was also very satisfied with the delivery time, and the two very helpful delivery lads Barry coote and MIchael Scott.

Very helpful assistant explained and demonstrated everything very well, and was admirably patient while I considered myh purchase.

I was extremely happy with John who assisted us from the start of our visit to the buying of a nice new bed and mattress. He showed us through many options and explained exactly why different types of bed are better than others. He also showed us the Temper room, which almost tempted me enough to buy that mattress until we saw the price tag. I ended up opting for a mattress from the burgundy section and the pippa bed frame which was perfect for what i needed. However the temper room had tempted me enough to buy 2 of there cloud pillows, which are the comfiest thing ever. I am very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend John to anyone who don't know what they are looking for.

I must say first your assistant MR.Woodward treated us most respectfully no pressure was put on us the whole time we was there . We noticed you have some very nice bed linen on display for sale but not in a good position where people can see them they should be more openly seen.

After visiting the shop several times on different days all the sales people were kind and polite and always offered us drinks. The sales person who dealt with us each time remembered our names and our order so did have to keep repeating our order each visit. Was given lots of time and space to discuss what we were doing before confirming the purchase. Overall I couldn't of found a nicer sales person to help us with our needs.
