Quickly offered assistance - Anthony had the answers to more questions and from a potential enquiry, we agreed a sale and placed the order within 10 minutes! Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgable and gained my confidence quickly.

Assistance was available from entering the store, discussed the products available including the different types of mattresses available, explaining the benefits and disadvantages of each of the mattresses depending on why the mattress was required. The assistance explained clearly the different prices of the products. When ordering the mattress it was very straight forward as the computer told us the date the mattress would be available, therefore we chose the date that was the most suitable for us.

We visited your Aylesbury store twice, the sales assistant Sean saw me both times, he was extremely helpful in our first visit even though it was 15 mins before closing on a Sunday!!! i had just been to a different store and wanted to try a the mattress for comparison with my partner. he showed us similar mattresses to what we had tried in another shop and something different. in the end we both agreed that the mattress that Sean had shown us that was different ( the rapport acti K) was the one we both liked the most. he was very informative explaining your 40 night trial and that we can come back and try a different type if we we not happy. this level of service really impressed me and as such i went back the following Saturday found Sean and completed the perchance.

Was approached and welcomed into the store, didn't feel any pressure or forced with sale. Being offered tea and coffee whilst Trying the beds was a nice gesture. Felt comfortable and well looked after. Makes a nice change compared to most retailers. Was surprised with how quickly the company are able to deliver the product, which was great! Spoke too two consultants seun and the manager of the aylesbury branch and would highly recommend them. Thanks.

Found the product I wanted on line. Ordered in store although the item I wanted was not on display. Friendly helpful staff, quick delivery.

Having just lost my husband I was quite apprehensive about buying a mattress on my own although I did have my daughter with me. The assistant at the Aylesbury store was lovely he made us a cup of tea,with biscuits !,and made us feel quite at home.He explained about all the different mattresses and then left us in peace to choose.

Very helpful staff not to in your face helped me make a decision without trying to make me pay mega bucks will revisit for my sons bed as I'm very happy with my experiance

Helpful assistance from Antony who answered our questions clearly and offered good advice. Manager gave us a cup of tea and some short bread which was very pleasant. Overall a very good customer experience which matched our needs. Delivery time also sharp and exceeded expectations.
