John the manager of the store was very helpful and knowledgle in the products he had in his store. Listening and good advise issued as required. He wasnt pushy in any way and was happy for us to think things over while we went away for weekend. John went beyond his duty by staying open longer on the day we placed the order so we didnt feel rushed in any way. We hope we will just be as happy with delivery, bed and matress when we receive them next week.

The items I wanted have been discontinued, I had found alternatives on your website, the assistant in store was very helpful and tried to source them for me. After taking a look at the alternative range I decided that a contrast with white/oak and solid oak would be good.

We went to dreams not really understanding what we needed. Our salesman really took the time to understand our needs and our lifestyle. We went through many options and gave us a bit of breathing space when we needed it which felt great and not pushy. When we had decided on our mattress our salesman went through our options and proceeded quickly. Well done
