Although we knew exactly what we wanted before entering the store (adding to existing bedroom furniture) we received an immediate greeting and offer of assistance. we were also happy with the "3 for 2" offer on the furniture

I greeted in a pleasant manner and given time to experience various matteresses to find the one that suited me the most. The store was well laid out and clean.

John the manager of the store was very helpful and knowledgle in the products he had in his store. Listening and good advise issued as required. He wasnt pushy in any way and was happy for us to think things over while we went away for weekend. John went beyond his duty by staying open longer on the day we placed the order so we didnt feel rushed in any way. We hope we will just be as happy with delivery, bed and matress when we receive them next week.
