Nice, friendly greeting on arrival in store. The Salesperson appeared very knowledgeable about the type of mattress I was looking for. Good explanations, allowed me to make up my own mind, not pushy in any way. I felt able to make up my own mind and I am delighted I don't have to wait too long before delivery.

The assistance from sales agent Michelle could not be faulted. She SOLD us the bed and mattress by ensuring that we understood the different specifications of the mattresses. Her knowledge was a great help. Roy and Rita Scott

Anthony, the assistant, was very helpful. He explained the differences between the mattresses then left us to try them all. He was there when we needed more information but not intrusive which we really appreciated. There's nothing worse than a pushy salesman. Anthony understood our needs and gave us the help we wanted. The differences between mattresses were well explained. The construction details i.e. gel thickness, were all expertly covered. The advantages of Dreams stocked pillows i.e. heat dissipation were pointed out and resulted in an additional purchase of 2 pillows.

I went into the store a couple of times before making a purchase and each time I was approached by Doug. After the first visit I knew when I made a purchase it would be through Doug! His product knowledge was exceptional as was his awareness of all the current deals. He advised on the best products for my needs and my budget and I can honestly say it's the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time! I've already recommended the store and colleague to my aunty who is currently bed shopping!

I went to the store with my friend to look for a bed for his mother, but I ended up purchasing a bed for myself. The store was light and everything was on show, and importantly you weren't jumped upon by the sales staff. I was walking round, thought I like that and made a purchase. Sean the sales person took me round the various mattresses, and explained everything about each item. At no point did I get the hard sell, it was a nice shopping experience.
