Very helpful staff. I found a matress and am really happy with it. Vinnie and Ollie were terrific when they dropped the matress at my house they took my old one from the bed amd set the new one up. Great service by those 2 guys.

As we are moving into our new flat and needing everything for the flat we had a budget.The advisor was very helpful in understanding and did everything he could and found something within our budget.

The sales assistant was approachable, kind, wamr, helful and generally excellent. She knew her stuff and explained it clearly. She was very keen that we should try various products and took care that we got the right one. She was never pushy. The qualities of a good repeat sales professional.

I was looking for a new mattress and had a good idea of what I wanted. I was highly satisfied with this visit because the Manager, John, approached me only after I had been in the store looking around on my own for about 5 or 10 minutes, giving me time to check out what was available, although I was the only person in the store. I dislike being 'pounced on' as soon as I enter a store. John listened as I told him what I was looking for and was very informative of the makes and types of mattress that were available. He offered me tea and left me to try out as many mattresses as I wished. When he came back with the tea he answered all my questions and gave me a ton more information. He was never pushy (another of my pet hates, I leave if I feel I am being pressured) and, he was very patient and I felt I was in control of the process. I was in the store for about 2 hours. I had already checked out other stores and online and did not intend to buy that evening but to continue to think about it. However, I ended up choosing to buy a lovely mattress and paid more than I originally intended but did not feel pushed into my decision. I am really looking forward to the delivery day.

The assistant was very courteous, gave all the information asked of him, didn't hover but allowed time for me to think but was there when I needed him. Altogether a very pleasant experience and other shops and assistants could take a leaf out of your/his book.

On approaching salesman he immediately helped me with the construction and type of mattresses. He showed me various types and took my order efficiently. He gave me a choice of delivery days and explained about he delivery procedure. I found him helpful, not pushy and he made the transaction very easy.

We had previously purchased a metal bed in October so we knew the quality was second to none. Doug helped us with our choice of mattress and explained the exchange policy if we needed to change up to the next mattress regarding to comfort.

It was a simple experience to choose what I hope will be the right mattress for me. If I have chosen wrongly I understand that the product can be changed within 40 days, which is reassuring. A polite and helpful salesman allowing me to make a decision, what more could I ask for.

Good service but no high pressure selling. Opportunity to try every style of mattress. Anthony was a mine of information.
