First and foremost, the products available were of beautiful quality laid out in a very easy to understand colour system, which employees of the store were very helpful in explaining further. We were served by Sean who was a delight. He was very patient and was with us for almost 2 hours explaining all the different beds and what each bed and mattress had to offer, all the brands, all the materials the mattresses were comprised of and its overall benefit to the customer. He helped us very much conclude into a decision of the Cloud Tempur mattress and divan base, which I am thoroughly excited about. Furthermore, he suggested protection and pillows which would suit the mattress for the ultimate experience, which we ultimately purchased along with the bed. Nothing was too much trouble for Sean and also he gave us the right balance, because he gave us space to look around and explore. Also we found the attention to detail and kindness of the employees of the store very impactful, especially when offering coffee or tea, which was a nice touch and something more shops should do for the good of customer experience. At no time did we feel uncomfortable, it was clear this store is luxury.

We were highly satisfied with Doug. He made our decision of choosing a bed and mattress much easier and made what could of been a choir almost pleasurable.

Lady greeted us in a lovely manner as soon as we entered the store.

Doug was highly professional and knowledgeable and above all his approach was friendly, open and honest. I really appreciated that he was not pushy at all which I would have found offputting.

The sale assistant , allowed us time to choose our items, and was very helpful in putting together the items we needed, for instance , matching up beds with different types of mattresses , to meet our personal physical needs, which allowed us to actually come away saving some money .
