A very friendly and helpful service, all queries answered

Customer assistant, Jack, was very polite and courteous. He gave information needed but was not over bearing or pushy. He gave me time to test the mattresses and showed alternatives that gave me more options.

We were served by the store manager John Elliott. John welcomed us within minutes of entering the store and asked us questions to understand our needs. He explained how the store was laid out to ease us in our selection and offered us a drink, then left us to test. After a suitable amount of time John returned to check on us and provide some more advice and offer more refreshments. We were also provided with pillows like those we use to provide a replica experience to the one we'd have at home. John was never pushy and just provided advice. Good service all round.

Very pleasant buying experience

I was quickly given a choice of 2 single beds and mattresses springs were explained .i w as left for a very short while to think before I decided which bed to have .I was offered a drink and taken to the desk to purchase where everything was explained on paper to the extent it sunk in.they will also take the old bed etc away which is a burden off my back

to find a store and staff who really went out of their way to understand our needs was a very refreshing experience when these days so many stores appear to not be interested in assisting us

The assistant was helpful and polite and friendly and I found all I was looking for.

The man in the shop explained about the different mattresses and which ones to look at for the type of mattress we were looking for then he left us to look around and make our decision which we were happy with if he had of followed us around trying to sell us something we didn't want we would of been out the door. We found it very relaxed to make our purchase.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Made a tea and coffee or me and my sister while we were making our final decision.
