The man that served me was, very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. Offered me a tea or coffee, as i was a bit stressed from shopping and helped to carry mattress to my car. I left feeling less stress and very happy with the service i recieved

The staff member who served me in the Aylesbury branch was highly helpful and extremely friendly. Would highly recommend that store purely because of that staff member.

the assistant was extremely helpful and did not pressure us to make any swift decisions. he assessed our needs appropriately and was really helpful and friendly. both staff on duty were very polite and friendly which made the experience much better. we visited a near by store on the day to compare costs and felt pressured tp buy. however at Dreams this was not the case and made us feel that we would prefer to purchase from dreams instead.

We were looking for a new mattress, Jack the sales person was very friendly and informative without being pushy. He served us with refreshments and was most helpful. He explained the different type of mattresses on offer and answered all our questions; he had a very good indepth knowledge of the mattresses in store. He then left us to browse on our own.We were very happy with the service he provided.

The full knowledge of the products demonstrated by both Rachel Giner and John Elliott. Lots of answers to our questions - a full demonstration of the adjustable bed - and no pressure to make a decision.

The sales assistant, Jack, was highly knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful, not too pushy but there when we needed help and advice.
