When we entered the store we were greeted by the store manager, Mr. John Elliot who really helped us out. Our choice was explained and options given. Whilst processing our order we were offered refreshments of biscuits and a selection of hot drinks and made to feel like we were friends. A very good professional customer service. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was to much trouble even when I couldn't make my mind up. Very patient and understanding. Excellent customer service from your Aylesbury branch / team.
