The staff were very attentive to my needs and made me feel at ease. They worked well as a team and made sure to listen and give feedback as to the exact product I needed. The store was very clean and tidy and it easy to see the range of products; I have decided to buy a sofa bed next time. I really could tell they cared about customer needs and were a great team to talk to. Kat, Josh and Shaun all worked really well together as a team and were very well informed about the products and the best payment plan for me. I was very pleased!

As soon as we walked in the Dreams Associate, Kate was very friendly and helpful.

Store colleagues all round knowledge of beds and mattresses was excellent. Did not feel under any pressure to make purchase. Was a very relaxed and informative experience.

Kat was a great member of your staff she was very friendly, offered us a drink and talked us through the bed options, set us up on the bed machine to recommend the correct bed for our needs, we didn't like the beds suggested by machine but Kat knew what bed to recommend from our reactions leading us to buy a bed within 30 mins of being in the store, the only thing i would have a small grumble about is there were no special offers even though you have a massive sale on at present, the Manager did offer us 5% off but then we spent that back on the extended cover, we did get a free protector,

I have ordered in the shop and also over the phone and very satisfied with staff at all times. Very friendly and helpful. Same can be said for the two gents who delivered my beds.

As soon as I came into the shop, Shaun asked me if I was OK, I explained my needs, which are a little complicated and he was brilliant. We did the bed test and then looked for the ones best suited to me. He helped me to also pick a pillow, I think we went through at least 10 different ones and I must have then kept going back and forth between a couple and he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or rushed at all. Everything was very relaxed and that is why I am highly satisfied.

My partner and I were made to feel very welcome during our visit to the store. Really impressed with the information given by Kat even though she is still relatively new to the store.

From the moment we stepped in the door, we were taken care of. The machine to test what mattress you should have is a great concept and huge time saver. Only downside was not being able to part deliver an order, that we had to make a seperate transaction for item not available straight from stock.

James A greeted us as soon as we entered the store. We were shopping for mattresses, James's knowledge of all the products was excellent and through his advice we managed to select the mattresses that would best meet our requirements. James was friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
