Derek was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was nothing else that could of been done differently.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of their products, and no pushey sales tactics. I am a very happy customer although I have to wait three weeks for my new mattress to be delivered but hopefully it will be worth the wait. Thankyou

Kat was very friendly and helpful with choosing the right bed and mattress for my needs. Kat answered all of my questions with ease. I enjoyed the whole process, the bed choosing device was clever and gave lot's of options to try in different price brackets. I would be happy to go back when choosing my next bed, which hopefully won't be for many years.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

It’s usually difficult to find the right mattress with so much to choose from but our assistant, Kat couldn’t have been more helpful. She made the process simple and gave us lots of time to just lie down and make sure we chose the one that suited our needs. Despite us changing our mind several times she was friendly and patient, offering advice when we needed it and expertly answering our questions. Kat made it a pleasurable experience.

Jaz at the Waterlooville store was very knowledgeable and helpful. We found our perfect mattress with her help and never felt pressured to purchase. She was very friendly and it was easy to build a rapport with her, which I think is important. We had our minds set on one mattress but after listening to her advice of having a proper lay down on different mattresses and we ended up buying a different one. She even stayed past her finishing time to finalise our purchase and didn't rush us when we were deciding which mattress to buy.
