Helpful, not intrusive and helpful around a physical condition i have

Cat who helped us was polite and answered any questions we asked and gave good recommendations on what would be most suitable for our needs

We were offered help within minutes of entering the store. The machine used to provide info about the best beds for us was explained in detail and was very efficient. After this we were shown a number of suitable mattresses and once we had chosen one we wanted, the paperwork took hardly any time. The person serving us told us that they were relatively new to the job but you absolutely wouldn't have known this.

After using the sleep monitoring machine, we were advised as to which type of mattress would suit us. Del pointed out where all the options were in the store so we could try them. Once we’d made a decision, the ordering process was quick and efficient and delivery was complete within a week

Very helpful staff member - Jaz

I had specific requirements and a short deadline. I had got a good deal online for my mattress and just Wanted a bed frame to arrive at the same time. Jaz and her Manager both went above and beyond to help me. (I had been in most of your competitors prior visit) they found me the bed frames that could be delivered in the next 7 days and lucky there was one I liked. I discussed the good mattress deal and hoped They could match the price, sadly you couldn’t but because of the service and it Wasn’t much different and felt compelled to give my business to jaz and her store I cancelled the mattress order and paid the extra. I’m very happy an although it’s not been delivered yet I get the feeling dreams is a well managed business that won’t let me down.

It is some while since I have chosen a bed, and just wanted to wander round the store and see what was available. It was soon apparent that the choice and type was pretty wide. The manager offered to talk me through what was available and he did, without any pressure whatsoever. I could try the test for weight and type of mattress/was given a pillow when i tried beds; I spent a good deal of time looking. Still no pressure. Finally I was able to make an informed choice, and he gave me a quote and assumed I wouldn't purchase at that time. Still no pressure for a sale. I went away to have a think - all of 10 minutes - and came back and bought the bed. Was very thrilled that it would be available in less than a week. A really excellent shopping experience, and I have already recommended Shaun and the shop to a couple of friends. Incidentally, the bed is supremely comfortable.

From the moment we entered store staff were very friendly offered tea or coffee. He asked what we were interested in, then showed us these items. Everytime we asked a question he answered showing us different items.

Joshua was very helpful, as we weren't sure the type of bed we needed, when though everything with us from start to finish, was very knowledgeable about everything we asked

The gentleman that dealt with us, Shaun, was so helpful there was no pressure to buy and he explained the product and products linked to the item with great knowledge.
