We were satisfied with the salesman, he answered our questions and left us to make our choice, just as we like it.

I think the store is in need of a refit/makeover. It looks very tired, dull and dated. It has that feel of a store that is about to close down. Other retailers in the area are more modern, fresh and appealing. The music that is played over and over is depressing, what was that noise?! Your salesmen are very friendly and approachable but on the 2 visits I made to the store I did not see a female sales rep, I think that there will be female customers who would prefer to be assisted by a female, it may be embarrassing to lay on a bed having a conversation with a man. I think overall it is all very lack-lustre, you feel like you could walk in and walk straight back out again. Your company offers a longer finance period which suited me better. Had it not been for this then I probably would have been swayed to a more modern and fresh looking store.

The overall impression of the store in Waterloovill is that it looks in need of a facelift. On approaching the store the exterior and entrance doors look tired and neglected. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, the interior looked in need of a spruce up, it did not inspire you.

The sales consultants were effectively 'arguing' over our order in our presence I.e. who was going to be credited with the commission; this was embarrassing to witness and also meant we had to spend extra time in the store whilst our order was re-entered for commission purposes.

Employee moaned about technology and said it was so slow, had bar codes on items but no scanner. (to be fair I did receive confirmation on my phone e-mail before he had printed off the order). Would expect a more professional presentation from staff to show a united professional front. All else fne.

As stated earlier, told one date in the store and given one weeks later once paid. Also asked to place order in store versus web so think twice about that moving forward. Then told reason for later date is that supply chain don’t recognise dates provided to store when looking up items. How scary is that! Be interesting to see what your auditors think of that
