To be 'highly satisfied" in every area means that everything is "perfect" and unfortunately life isn't like that. You have asked my opinion and I don't think I need to justify it.

good customer service, friendly staff, easy purchase.

we were treated well but in any store there is room for improvment

It was difficult to compare the prices of the bed and mattress with on line research to establish if you were getting value for money. Also once quote is broken down a lot of small extra charges to the bill added up the total of the bill to more than wanted to pay.

I have no complaints. The exterior of the building needs some attention - looking a bit tired.

I would only be Highly satisfied if the price was lower and I was 100% sure I knew if I had made the correct purchase.

Shop quite small - not a great range of products. Not free to browse / shop assistant followed us around shop. However he was very helpful and polite.

It was a shopping experience, just that something that had to be done. Not anything where I look for a high level of satisfaction, just courtesy and service.
