I only give a highly satisfied response to anything if it is an experience that excites me. Visits to furniture stores don't come in this category.

I still await delivery of my purchase so can not say highly satisfied at this stage. My overall impression was extremely favourable, especially having visited other stores in my search. Dreams were the only shop that meet our needs. Well Done

The service offered by the staff was good, they were friendly and helpful, their product knowledge was good, they did all that they could, and that could be expected, but then this is what one expects in a dedicated store. No complaints but nothing to get excited about. They did make us a cup of tea which was over and above. It was all very 'satisfactory'

no reason really, except to me spending ths amount hurts, our previous mattresses only lasted 4 and half years ,and we paid a 1000 pound for them and when we went to make enquires the shop has changed hands!!! we could not find reciept so end of subject!!!

Because there is always room for improvement. Allowing customer time alone to think and revisit customer after time would be nice rather than having an assistant with you at all times.
