We visited the Waterloo store which was brilliant and left to think through the order as price was high. We decided to go to the southampton store to order the bed and it just felt like we were being pressured by the woman who spoke to us she did have very good manners and we wanted to look into the finance and then go away and discuss whether to book via finance or pay up front she didn't seem keen on the idea of us leaving the store she was just a presser seller so we left and decided we would rather deal woth the sales man Colin in Waterlooville who was very understanding that we were going to spend a lot of money and that we wanted to take time to think through the money situation

I think the prices of your products are a bit on the steep side. The product looks like it is good but only time will tell. if we had the time I am sure we would have found a product of the same quality but at a much better price and I am also sure that I would have had to pay for things like delivery and may well not get the quality after sale that I would expect from a company like dreams, so as they say you pays ya money and takes your choice. I'm hoping we made a good choice.

We was highly satisfied with what we ended up purchasing with the help Derick within the Waterlooville branch although the original one we wanted was online only. However we believe we have a better bed now.

I have not received the bed yet and cannot judge the product properly yet. No issue there.

the feeling when you walk through the door, it always looks like the store should be shut, plenty of staff not enough terminals open to do the sales so customers and staff standing around waiting, the feel from the staff and the shop is just so wrong

The collegue forgot to offer cover for our purchase

Some items delayed , not available with bed delivery, will have to pick up from store. Bed linen not all sizes in stock, not enough leeway on pillow offers, you missed out on us spending an extra £200 in store, because of this.
