No mention was made to us of your 0% finance offer which we would have chosen had we been told of it. We felt a bit rail-roaded by the shop assistant.

The assistant was very professional and knew his job very well. He made us feel welcome and did not pressurise us in any way to buy.

Colin was not too pushy and gave us lots of information, probably too much at times! We had done some research in advance so had a number of questions to ask which were answered promptly

Simply because of the issues getting the payment authorised, the interface with the financial team was slow and caused a long delay. The sales team was great however!
