Dreams - Waterlooville

Guys in the waterlooville branch were very nice and helpful. Offered us some half price pillows when we purchased our mattress. Brought a mattress from there 3 years ago and they were able to get us the same one again. Very happy thank you.

The salesmen was excellent and very professional. I can understand the need for upselling these days and the salesman was very good in offering extras, however I do not like upselling and therefore did not score highly satisfied.

Shaun Store Manager at Waterlooville was brilliant - wouldn't have bought a bed just yet, if it wasn't for him!

I have stated that I was satisfied with most of the experience, but as with most things there is always room for improvement.

Slight confusion on arrival among Dreams Staff. We were confused with another couple. Awkward for a few moments before another colleague took over.

Price could have been a little cheaper,

Delivery information was not available at time of purchase. We were told that we would be contacted the next day When after 2 days we hadn't recieved notification either by phone or email we called the shop ourselves to obtain this.

Colin who assisted us with our purchase was extremely professional, did not make us feel pressured or uncomfortable, very knowledgeable about his products & listened to our needs. He is a credit to you company.
