Our service from Colin was excellent and we are delighted with the purchase and support given. Our only frustration was with the interaction with the finance company who seemed poor and delayed the entire transaction / process by over an hour.

We previously bought a new bedstead and mattress from you and have been very satisfied. Having unfortunately suffered a burst tank in the roof which flooded our house we decided to buy a new mattress and base, for delivery when renovations completed. We appreciate the help given in your Waterlooville store, and the advice if we were not happy with the mattress we could have it changed, but we are sure it will be fine.

Because we only wanted a pocket sprung adjustable bed and were unable to get mattresses of different comfort levels we were limited to one product.
